Role Specific Introduction: We are currently seeking a talented and driven Technology Consultant to lead our existing practice related to all aspects of IT Consulting, Strategic Planning and Conceptual Design. This role will be responsible for the continued growth of our practice, leading client workshops and managing internal Faith Group resources. The majority of our existing clients exist in Faith Group’s aviation vertical, however this role will be responsible for projects and teams across all verticals we servce. Projects typically include large-scale Aviation terminal development programs, IT On-Call Tasks, integrated Command & Control (Operations / Emergency Operations Centers), and IT Master Plans. Experience: 10+ years consulting within the IT space. Experience with Audiovisual, Security System, Aviation Special Systems, or Command & Control technology is a benefit. 5+ years experience in a consultant role on Aviation projects (preferred) Proven capability to directly lead technical and business-related workshops, client stakeholder interviews, and executive (C-Level) briefings for complex multi-faceted programs. (Preferred) 2+ years experience leading a group of consultants or Solution Architects (Sas), withing the AV, IT or AEC industries. Collaborative writing across technology infrastructure, IoT/OT systems, and IT Programs, for a large US-based consulting firm. 5+ years performing IT Program and Staffing assessments, analysis and recommendations for a large US-Based IT consulting, product development or system integration company. (Preferred) 2+ Years in Architecture, Engineering and Consulting (AEC) industry. Responsibilities: Directly lead technical and business-related workshops, client stakeholder interviews, and develop comprehensive summary and analysis deliverables, working with discipline-specific subject matter experts. Work with the firm Principals to continue maturing Faith Group consulting process, standards, and grow a team of agile and passionate consultants. Perform quality control functions for deliverables developed across all projects under the purview previously described Delegate and provide guidance to team members, including goal-based tasking, annual reviews, and address personnel issues as they arise Provide professional development guidance to team members, considering employee personal goals, Faith Group’s BD pipeline and client needs. Coordinate and synthesize industry benchmarking and survey information, working across Faith Group clients and partners to develop gap-analysis and similar deliverables. Work with the Director of Consulting on the Faith Group Consulting Program strategic growth, mentoring staff members and taking a significant role in team building and process maturation. Represent Faith Group’s interests through Business Development (BD), building and maintaining client, manufacturer and partner relationships. Develop input for Faith Group’s Business Development efforts, including but not limited to: Coordinate and participate in Client Interviews, pre-bid meetings, etc. Develop input for Proposals, including Scopes of Work (SOWs) and Fees Provide recommendations for new business opportunities, partnerships, and new market verticals Education and Professional Certifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, including Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science (CS). Certifications: (Preferred) ITIL 4 Certifications, including ITIL 4 Master, Managing Professional or IT Strategic Leader credentials.
