Logistics Sales Executive - International Freight Forwarding Logistics

Dimerco Express is a global logistics company specializing in air and ocean freight, trade compliance, and contract logistics services. They are seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to develop new customer relationships and support sales activities in the international logistics field. Responsibilities Follow up and communicate with overseas offices and agents for new customer development Adhere to company credit management policy and contract management rules to select qualified customers and take responsibility of the AR collection Utilize company's proprietary system to create customer profile, quotations, and credit applications (training will be provided) Support Customer Service department with RFI/RFQ preparation The following Sales activities are required: Cold/warm calls per week, sales visits per week, new accounts per week to be visited, sales leads per week to be generated, new accounts per month to be secured Other assignments may be directed by the Management Skills Key candidates will be performance driven, self-starters, with a high interest in freight forwarding and international logistics Local and familiar with the Bay Area Territory Team player / problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in B to B Service Sales, or Customer Service in the International Logistics field is preferred College degree is a plus, but not required Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Life insurance Paid time off Company Overview Dimerco Express Group is a global shipping and logistics company whose services form the backbone of global commerce.
