This is an independent contractor position where you’ll be responsible for building your own client base, with support from our company. If you’re a self-starter with transaction coordination experience and a drive to grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What We’re Looking For: • Real Estate License and MLS-accessible Transaction Coordinators • Comfortable with contract-to-close, listing management, and buyer management • Ability to independently secure agents to build your dedicated TC base • Tech Savy What We Offer: • Company Support for Prospecting New Agents We assist you in prospecting and securing agents to build your dedicated TC base. • Compensation Structure Paid per file with a split to the company and the TC.
