Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Physical Therapist. The Licensed Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients through telehealth and in-home visits, developing customized rehabilitation plans, and providing high-quality patient care. The role requires daily communication with patients, ensuring their recovery progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary. This flexible opportunity allows for a dynamic and adaptable work environment. Qualifications • Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation skills • Expertise in Patient Care and Home Care • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience in telemedicine or home care is a plus • Licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state
