Job Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistance Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate solutions across various departments.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in customer service or related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Educational Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Experience


A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
