Job Description:

As an Apple Phone Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical issues and will provide an efficient, helpful, and friendly service. You will be working from home, troubleshooting and resolving technology inquiries and challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer customer inquiries regarding Apple products and services.

2. Troubleshoot technical issues over the phone and guide customers through steps to resolve them.

3. Provide accurate product information and guidance.

4. Maintain and update customer records and transactions.

5. Keep up-to-date with Apple products and services to provide effective solutions.

6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Previous experience in a technical support role.

? Exceptional customer service skills.

? Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency with Apple products and software.

? Ability to work independently and manage one?s time effectively.

? Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position. The working hours will be 40 hours per week, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
