What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor and analyze carrier rate increases and vendor compliance
• Manage and convey purchase order information to merchandisers
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding for new vendors and carriers
• Serve as a point of contact to resolve transportation service issues
• Collaborate with planning teams to address load and merchandise problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation management solutions and vendor relations
• At least 3 years of experience with international distribution vendors and freight carriers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in international logistics management
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills in a supply chain context
• Previous experience in a retail or home goods environment
