Key responsibilities include:
? Investigate, evaluate, dispose, and settle claims with moderate supervision including the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves
? Exercise proper judgment and decision making to analyze the claims exposure to determine the proper course of action and to appropriately settle the claim
? Control claims costs and expenses to the extent possible
? Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
? Document and communicate claim activity timely and effectively and in a manner which supports the outcome of the claim file
? Identify process improvement opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
? Maintain an effective and organized operation
? Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:
? Minimum 3yrs personal lines auto claim management or adjuster experience
? Associate degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent industry experience
? Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to identify potential fast track claims
? Experience negotiating and settling automobile claims
? Proficiency with technology
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? A responsible and conscientious nature
? Superior coverage analysis and confirmation skills
? Good problem-solving aptitude
? Bilingual Spanish Preferred
? Attention to detail and excellent quality of work

The Position
? Full Time M-F 8am-5pm CST; Occasional Saturday
