Responsibilities of a Benefit Specialist
? Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits
? Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss their benefits in detail
? Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
? Facilitating the enrollment process for clients regarding their benefits
? Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview
