Job Description:
Exelon, a leading energy provider in San Francisco, California, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and dedication to providing exceptional service to our online customers...
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services to customers. 5. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and people management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
