? Support customers and internal team with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
? Manage C-level executive calendars, email inboxes, and travel arrangements
? Schedule calls and assist with data administration
? Respond to client communications promptly during business hours
? Work independently with limited oversight
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree
? Bilingual in English and Spanish with exceptional communication skills
? 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
? Availability to work between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time

? Experience with email marketing and project coordination
