Salary: $18.50/Hour

Location: Remote

Contract Position (3 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners.

• Provide personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone.

• Handle and resolve family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques.

• Log and document all interactions in the internal system.

• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary.

• Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude.

• Previous remote call center experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a focused, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Basic data entry and billing experience are beneficial.

• 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.

• High School diploma required; an associate degree is a plus
