What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide front-line technical assistance for consumers with high-speed internet services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Assist customers with internet connectivity and performance issues related to various devices
• Manage the trouble ticket system for user issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer inquiries and concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, and software
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
