News Corp. is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
• Adaptable and energetic personality traits
• Excellent communication skills
• Innovative problem-solving abilities
• 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
