Living Stream Ministry is looking for Customer Service Rep with Manufacturing or Aerospace industry experience. This role sits onsite and pays $33-40hour in the Anaheim, CA area.
Job Description: Under general supervision, the employee handles all tasks related to customer service and sales in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner. Uses independent judgment and discretion when interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
? Offer customers pricing, delivery, and product information.
? Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and perform other marketing tasks (e.g., promote and sell products, and process or confirm sales).
? Monitor and address commercial requirements on customers? portals and forward quality and technical needs to the appropriate department.
? Make and receive phone calls that are non-routine and may require deviation from standard procedures.
? Address customer questions, comments, or complaints while adhering to established guidelines.
? Prepare responses to customers in the required format.
? Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company.
? Maintain records and assist in preparing required reports.
? Act as the company contact for customer returned Airborne/Warranty parts while adhering to established guidelines.
? Provide back-up relief for the company?s receptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when other departmental co-workers are not present.
? Complete tasks promptly.
? Ensure that output generally meets or exceeds expectations.
? Produce work that is accurate and rarely contains errors.
? Conduct oneself in a business-like and respectful manner.
? Adapt productively to changes and perform other essential tasks as assigned.
? Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
? Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
? Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
? Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
? Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer?s service expectations
? Maintain a sound working knowledge of all markets and product conditions
? Notify and assist buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer's needs and preferences.
? Maintain effective, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
? Organize and provide assistance for special sales, promotions, seasonal items
Skills and Requirements: ? Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. ? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers and customers. ? Ability to interact effectively with various interrelated departments. ? Ability to gain extensive knowledge of the company?s product lines and applications. ? Possess effective time management skills. ? Exhibit attention to detail. ? Maintain a continuous improvement mindset. ? Possess the availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company. ? Ability to sit for extended periods in front of a computer.
