What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, for various positions
• Proactively source and attract passive candidates while driving employee referrals
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Stay updated on market trends and identify top talent for the organization
• Identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment strategies
• Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in healthcare, startup, or high-growth environments
• Previous agency recruiting experience
• Familiarity with Greenhouse
