What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high-speed internet services and devices
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and solve customer issues
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, and software
• Ability to work independently and multitask
