Position SummarY

Radiology Partners is seeking an Application Portfolio Owner who is responsible for the overall health and performance of a portfolio of IT business applications Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing Applications. Key responsibilities of this leadership role include the implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of an application portfolio ensuring the applications align with business needs and functions properly. This position oversees application portfolio managers and application support analysts supporting Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing Applications. The Application Portfolio Owner plays a significant role in application portfolio management, implementations, upgrades & enhancements, customer & vendor management, and people & skills management.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Application Portfolio Management
? Aligns application strategies with business objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
? Evaluates, procures, and optimizes applications to enhance operational efficiency.
? Monitors performance, security, and user experience, ensuring application stability.
? Leads initiatives to retire, consolidate, or enhance applications based on business needs.
? Oversees service delivery, escalations, and continuous process improvements.
? Implementations & Upgrades
? Assesses business needs and develops cases for new applications, upgrades, or enhancements.
? Manages project execution, stakeholder communications, and user adoption strategies.
? Plans and schedules releases, working closely with platform architects and business teams.
? Provides training and support to ensure smooth transitions and maximize value.
? Customer & Vendor Management
? Conducts regular stakeholder meetings to address concerns and provide updates.
? Manages vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
? Team Leadership & Development
? Fosters collaboration, morale, and productivity within the team.
? Provides coaching, career development, and performance management for direct reports.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
? 8+ years in IT with 4+ years managing Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance & Credentialing systems.
? Expertise in ITIL, Agile, Project & Product Management within the healthcare industry.
? Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
? Proven experience in application portfolio management, optimization, and rationalization.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $100K-$115K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
