Responsibilities
? Maintain, validate, and research variances in finished goods and raw material inventories.

? Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

? Interview, hire, and train associates.

? Plan, assign, and direct work for team members.

? Appraise performance and address complaints to resolve problems.

? Build positive associate morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

? Count and enter data into multiple software systems.

? Create Excel spreadsheets to upload and download inventory information.

? Prepare reports for inventory variances and yield percentages.

? Initiate investigations of inventory discrepancies and maintain data for audits.

? Track variance trends and troubleshoot sources of discrepancies.

Requirements
? Minimum age of 18 years old.

? Valid driver's license required and compliance with fleet policy.

? Ability to read, write, and speak English.

? Strong leadership and organizational skills.

? Proven ability to coach and manage multiple associates' needs and concerns.

? Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 12 months of related experience or training.

? Knowledge of SAP and Lab Data Management System (LDMS).
