Position: Virtual Dyslexia Specialist

Schedule: 16 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday through Thursday)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Dyslexia Specialist to join our team and provide support to students with dyslexia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome learning challenges and possess the necessary skills to implement effective interventions in a virtual setting.

Qualifications: ? Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience. ? Experience working with students who have dyslexia. ? A valid Texas Teaching License. ? Knowledge of dyslexia-specific instructional strategies and resources. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and school staff remotely.

Responsibilities: ? Provide individualized dyslexia support through virtual sessions. ? Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs. ? Collaborate with parents and school personnel to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed. ? Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
