Position Overview
As a Real Estate Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire future leaders in real estate finance. In this role, you will:
? Serve as a lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions, guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers.
? Develop your public speaking and presentation skills, establish your personal brand as a thought leader in real estate finance, and expand your professional network across the financial services and real estate industries.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate finance and a passion for sharing knowledge through teaching.
Key Responsibilities
? Deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients, including:
? Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools.
? Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions.
? Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized support to students.
? Collaborate with WSP to:
? Enhance existing training materials and ensure they remain industry-relevant.
? Develop new course content to meet evolving client needs.
? Successfully complete WSP?s Train-the-Trainer Program, a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills.
What We Are Looking For
? Experience:
? At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm.
? Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus.
? Education:
? MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.
? Skills & Passion:
? Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
? In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis.
? A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
? Availability:
? Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday?Friday and weekends as needed.
? Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year, with availability for domestic and international travel.
