This is a part-time, remote position where you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers through chat, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries. You'll play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for our customers while promoting UPS products and services.

Key Responsibilities: ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. ? Assist customers in selecting UPS products and services that meet their needs. ?
