Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and vision of Brand Advance Diversity Media

• Lead and manage a team of strategic planners and collaborate with other departments to align on goals and objectives

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in media and entertainment

• Identify new partnerships and business opportunities to expand our reach and impact

• Oversee the development of comprehensive strategies for content creation, distribution, and audience engagement

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, and make adjustments as needed to ensure success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in the media or entertainment industry

• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to inspire and drive change

• Part-time availability, with the flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
