In this role, you will engage with clients, providing vital technical support to address their needs effectively. Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with clients and prospects to understand their requirements. ? Develop and conduct pre-sales technical demonstrations of products to new and existing customers. ? Provide on-site support and training for clients. ? Devise and implement tailored solutions for customers' unique challenges. ? Generate comprehensive technical support documentation. ? Coordinate and actively participate in marketing activities and events such as trade shows. Must-Haves: ? Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities. ? Self-motivated and adept at working independently with minimal supervision. ? Extensive software development expertise in C, C++, and Python. ? Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems. ? Familiarity with embedded tools and development environments. ? Background in technical sales support. ? Excellent problem-solving skills. ? Ability to quickly comprehend and understand code developed by others. ? Willingness to travel. ? Eligibility to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship. Nice-to-Haves: ? Knowledge of Embedded RTOS (e.g., QNX, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, ThreadX, FreeRTOS, etc.). ? Experience with Embedded development tools such as compilers, debuggers, IDEs, etc. ?
