Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the company's market presence.

Duties
? Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

Qualifications
? Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
? Strong understanding of strategic planning and negotiation techniques

? Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and reporting
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
