Key Responsibilities: ? Pay bills and manage cash flow for clients ? Reconcile bank statements, manage budgets, and handle journal entries ? Provide weekly and monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actuals ? Manage and maintain charts of accounts, reconcile credit/debit cards, and prepare 1099s ? Assist with payroll setup and processing, including scheduling and frequency ? File sales tax and offer e-commerce support

Required Experience:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
? Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other accounting software
? Payroll experience is essential

? A home office setup with high-speed internet access
? A computer with a webcam and a smartphone capable of receiving email and push notifications
