We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. ? Collaborate with our sales, product, and operations teams to improve customer service and product offerings based on feedback. ? Conduct follow-up surveys to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. ? Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support documentation. ? Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features, new tools, and best practices in customer service. ? Utilize Canva to supply customers with onboarding marketing materials. Qualifications: ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. ? Experience with customer service software, preferably HubSpot and Gorgias. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. ? Highly organized with attention to detail. ? Patience and empathy towards customers. ? Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
