What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Prepare user stories and gather requirements from business units for system development
? Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to guide system implementation decisions
? Coordinate and connect computer systems across the organization for improved information sharing
? Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles and objectives
? Expand or modify existing systems to enhance workflows and serve new purposes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis
? Proficiency in REST APIs, Jira, Confluence, and Service Now
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
? Experience in interviewing or surveying workers to assess information processing needs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with Generative AI and AWS technologies
? Experience in new product development with emerging technologies
