? Work queues related to orders not shipping...
? Some outbound calls to customers may be required

? This position will work closely with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.

Requirements: ? Requires a high school diploma, GED, peak call center experience or business experience which reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. ? Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to emphasize with our customers. ? Successfully maintaining the energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense 'season' ? Utilizing the telephone in customer contact ? Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions ? Must have knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations ? Seasonal positions start in October- through December with the possibility of overtime ? WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required
