Manage and document interactions using internal systems. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and customer support tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry is preferred but not required.
