This role is critical in safeguarding our customers' trust and privacy by identifying and responding to potential security threats, investigating incidents, and implementing effective solutions. As the Investigations & Response Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting our customers' data and maintaining their trust in our brand. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer privacy and has a proven track record of managing complex investigations and responding to security incidents. Develop and implement strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats to our customers' data and privacy. Lead a team of security analysts and investigators to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents. Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, including gathering evidence, analyzing data, and reporting findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, and Product, to develop and implement solutions to security vulnerabilities. Monitor and analyze security trends and make recommendations for enhancements to our security protocols. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to data privacy and security. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and law enforcement agencies to aid in investigations and response efforts. Create and deliver training programs for employees on security best practices and incident response procedures. Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents. Communicate with customers regarding security incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions. Continuously evaluate and improve our security incident response processes to ensure the highest level of protection for our customers' data. Netflix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
