The Insurance Agent will connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the insurance purchasing process while maintaining a reputation for top-notch client experiences. Responsibilities Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities May conduct field visits as necessary Work effectively in a collaborative team environment Skills Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening High School Degree or relevant work experience 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills Insurance experience is not required, we will reimburse licensing fees (license required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!
