In Store Pricing Analyst

Maverik is an adventurous company seeking an In-Store Pricing Analyst to enhance customer value through data-driven pricing strategies. This role involves collaborating with teams to analyze pricing opportunities, monitor performance, and communicate insights to support the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities Identify and champion pricing opportunities that align with Maverik’s business objectives Collaborate with Category Management to understand category roles, objectives, and market trends Analyze sales and performance data to support revenue and gross profit goals Monitor and report on in-store revenue and profit performance Partner with Pricing Systems to ensure timely and accurate execution of price changes Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners Skills 1+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence Introductory knowledge of SQL and R or Python for data querying or analysis Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with Google Looker preferred A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural tendency toward logical reasoning and strategic thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights for diverse audiences The Maverik Spirit – you're a clear communicator, team player, and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience in retail pricing, category management, or business strategy Familiarity with data visualization tools or business intelligence platforms A passion for using data to tell stories and influence business decisions Benefits Full Health, Dental, and Vision Package with company contribution to cost In-Store and Fuel Discounts Retirement plan with company match (401K) Eligible for the annual incentive bonus program Profit Sharing: When Maverik succeeds, so do you.
