Fixing Issues With Getting Missing Prescription Information And Interpreting Medical Abbreviations (SIG Codes). All Exceptions Related To Data Entry Resolved. ? Handles Correspondence With Patients (Incoming Calls, Chat, Email) And Makes Outgoing Calls To Prescribers And Patients As Needed. Resolve Third-Party Rejections By Reviewing, Gathering Information, Correcting, And Resubmitting For Processing As Per Individual Plan Requirements. ? Makes Telephone Calls To Insurers And Others To Obtain Information, Underwriting Approval, Or Otherwise Resolve Third-Party Denials. ? Provides Assistance To Pharmacists, Both In The Facility And At Other Locations. Identify And Communicate Issues To Management As Needed. ? You Must Obtain An Active Technician License Or Certification Within The First 90 Days And Maintain An Active Technician License Or Certification. ?
