Role Description Cameo Consulting Group is seeking multiple experienced, highly motivated Contract Specialists to support a pivotal five-year contract with a key federal client, specializing in Construction and Architect-Engineer (A&E) services. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the full federal acquisition lifecycle for complex construction and A&E projects. • Manage the full spectrum of pre-award and post-award contracting activities for construction and A&E services. • Develop acquisition strategies, solicitations, and justifications. • Conduct source selection, negotiate cost and price, and prepare award documents. • Administer contracts, including modifications, compliance monitoring, and closeouts. • Provide expert advice and ensure strict adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplements. Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution AND 24 semester hours in any combination of business disciplines such as: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. • Minimum of 5 years of Federal Government Contracting experience. • Minimum of 5 years of specialized construction contracting experience. • Minimum of 3 years of specialized architect-engineer (A&E) services contracting experience. Requirements • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a HSPD-12 PIV badge and pass an ethical/character clearance.
