The Role: We are looking for a Go-To-Market Recruiter to join ASG’s Talent team. This role will focus primarily on supporting all go-to-market hiring, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management roles, across both ASG and its operating companies (“OpCos”). The Go-To-Market Recruiter can expect to work on a broad range of full-cycle searches of varying seniority, including roles as junior as entry-level Sales Development Representatives all the way through Director-level GTM roles. This person will work closely with senior leadership across both ASG and the OpCos, with CEOs and other executive team members often serving as Hiring Managers. The role reports directly to ASG’s Head of GTM Recruiting. Responsibilities: • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of GTM roles across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management teams • Collaborate with ASG’s Growth Team to build a highly effective GTM talent program across our full portfolio of companies • Build rapport with and partner effectively with key Hiring Managers across ASG and the OpCos • Conduct thorough research to fully understand our operating company business models and corresponding team needs • Learn and hone effective candidate pitches for both ASG and all operating companies • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative tools to source high quality and diverse passive candidates • Serve as a data-driven process manager and maintain a high degree of efficiency and speed on all searches • Help instill best practices with our OpCo leaders, including the creation of comprehensive JDs/scorecards and timely submission of candidate feedback for all searches • Provide an exceptional, 5-star candidate experience to all candidates, including those who we ultimately pass on • Maintain a curious, continuous improvement mindset; always think critically on how we can do things better, faster, and more efficiently within the Talent function Qualifications: • 3-6 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience working within a top recruiting agency, executive search firm, private equity firm, venture capital firm, and/or high growth startup required; SaaS experience strongly preferred • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates • Experience hiring for relevant GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and/or revenue operations preferred • Experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred • Demonstrated history of promotion and increased responsibility over time • Track record of success in managing and successfully filling challenging searches • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of candidates and Hiring Managers • Ability to successfully manage offer negotiations and close tough candidates • Innate bias for action, with a high sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset Other Information: • Location: Flexible – this role can be either fully remote or hybrid based in ASG’s Walnut Creek, CA office • Compensation: The target base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
