Global Training Manager

Job Summary The Global Manager of Training for the ForMotion Business Area will lead the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global training initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence across all regions. This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with ForMotion’s business objectives, enhances workforce capabilities, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and development. As a member of the leadership team, the Manager of Training will collaborate closely with regional and functional leaders, Talent Development, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, develop scalable training programs, and ensure consistent delivery of high-impact learning experiences. The role will also oversee the performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and drive ongoing enhancements. Job Responsibilities • Develop and lead the global training strategy for the ForMotion Business Area, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent development priorities. • Design and implement scalable learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and compliance. • Partner with regional and functional leaders to assess training needs and tailor solutions to diverse markets and operational contexts. • Monitor & review participation, provide guidance to clinics leadership when it comes to a culture of continuous learning. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and impact on business outcomes. • Work creatively with content creators and training module delivery leads to encourage ongoing participation. • Lead or support facilitation of sessions dependent on subject expertise. • Cultivate and manage vendor relationships and oversee budget planning for training initiatives. • Ensure alignment with organizational values, competencies, and compliance standards • Stay up to speed on industry trends, emerging technologies & new training methodologies to continuously enhance training in ForMotion Clinic.
