Food Market Analyst for New Product Launch in USA
We are seeking an experienced food market analyst to assist in compiling a list of potential customers per state that are currently selling, promoting or distributing, cooking the sale of "goat" or "cabrito" in Spanish targeting the hispanic market or muslim market in the USA. The candidate will make a list of the stores that are currently selling goat "cabrito" in Texas, Illinois, California, New York. This list will be of butcher shops, restaurants, online retailers, and or anybody promoting the sale of cabrito to consumers. People that are also breading goat for sale will be added to the list. The list will be done through online research and will be presented with the name of the store, address of the store, phone number, contact if available, web site and a small comments section in excel. The candidate will be selected to continue with the project from finding the target market to additional task for this same project. UPDATE#1. Be ready to discuss prior lead list building or product research. If you have not done so please do not apply. UPDATE#2. The list would be done by state and one of the columns would be the city. Initially we would start with the State of Texas. The most important thing is finding out who is selling these products, from butcher shops, to restaurants, to wholesalers so we can approach them and try to sell to them.
