We are looking for a Manager, PMO (Finance Transformation, Project Manager) to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Wolt Finance organization. You’ll lead and oversee various projects and lead the initiatives from design to finish. You will be part of innovating new solutions and leading them to the finish line. You’ll be the strategic partner for Wolt Finance team leaders and experts and work closely with DoorDash. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vast project management experience in a finance or consulting setting, knows how to coordinate multiple challenging topics and bring them to the finish line to drive meaningful change. Our humble expectations* Project Leadership: Lead large-scale finance initiatives from design to delivery — spanning financial reporting, banking, automation, supply chain and integrations. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of finance projects, ensuring progress, performance, and stakeholder alignment. Process & Systems Development: Design and implement scalable finance processes and support system development in areas like reporting, banking, and automation. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Wolt and DoorDash Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and decision-making. Change Management: Drive transformation and engagement across teams, acting as a change agent in evolving Wolt’s finance operations. Capability Building: Coach project owners and elevate project management practices, tools, and performance tracking (KPIs, OKRs). Automation & AI: Innovate and drive AI transformation and automation uplift within Finance organization from adoption to integration. Required: 4–6+ years of professional experience in Project Management, ideally in Finance or Consulting. Strong background in Finance, Banking & Operations with exposure to system, process and organizational design. Track record of leading several complex, cross-functional projects independently. Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills — you’re a connector and a driver. Experience in system and process automation and development Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fiel. Master’s degree or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP) is a bonus Bonus: Experience in M&A, integrations, and transformation initiatives. Exposure to supply chain, or core banking projects Skillset to drive AI/Automation development What success looks like Delivering successful finance transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
