Finance Associate – Payroll and Expenses
ClearBridge Technology Group is a privately held, fast growing technology services firm. They are looking for a Finance Associate to join their back office team, responsible for supporting client accounts and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Responsibilities Review and approve all client-related timesheets & expenses Review and approve consultant travel expense on a weekly basis Process invoicing and payroll on a weekly basis Add all applicable employee data into client billing systems Support the EVP of Finance and the Payroll Manager as needed Two shifts assisting the back office team to cover resume formatting Learn the full client scheduling function to provide backup to other team members Skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles Detail orientated Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and excel at time management Team player and willingness to support all areas of accounting as needed Ability to maintain confidentiality Company Overview ClearBridge is a technology solutions provider that helps customers meet strategic technology, business, and staffing challenges with comprehensive service offerings, including staff augmentation, professional services support, custom project teams, project management, and business analysis and strategy.
