Job Summary The Territory Manager - Ostomy Care will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through strategic selling activities, relationship building, and product promotion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Develop and execute a clear plan to achieve territory sales objectives, analyzing key sales and marketing data to identify opportunities and leverageable accounts. Selling and Customer Engagement: Demonstrate consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and present the value proposition of Coloplast's Ostomy Care products, including financial and clinical impact. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to grow business within current customer base and expanding product usage. Clinical Knowledge and Self-Development: Stay up-to-date on clinical and technical product knowledge, competitive activity, and market trends, attending industry events and meetings as required. Administrative and Reporting: Organize and manage information using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records and fulfilling administrative duties, including sales reporting and expense management. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare. Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field, preferably in ostomy care or a related area. Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays, 25-50% of the time. Credentialing and Licensing: Completion of credentialing requirements to meet access requirements of healthcare facilities or systems, and possession of a valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Medical Device Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the medical device industry, specifically in ostomy care or a related field. Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
