Job Overview As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our platform. You will be working closely with our customers, leadership team, and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive customer value and growth. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Doordash customers to answer how-to questions and investigate issues with the Doordash platform • Deliver a "human-first" experience and resolve customer issues through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and Doordash tools in a timely and accurate manner • Become a subject matter expert in Doordash products, both at a technical and customer use-case level • Identify opportunities to help customers maximize their value from Doordash and drive customer engagement and retention • Work with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies, share feedback, and implement best practices to drive customer value and growth • Collaborate with peer teams (Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Maintenance, etc.) to drive customer engagement and retention Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 2+ years of experience providing Software as a Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses, with a focus on driving customer value and growth • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support and driving customer satisfaction • Experience working with online software or SaaS products, or IT experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) • Experience working with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and develop junior team members • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies • Client Fixation: You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer value and growth • Curiosity: You are always looking to learn and improve, with a strong desire to seek out new knowledge and skills • Ownership: You take pride in your work and are accountable for delivering high-quality results and driving customer satisfaction • Flexibility: You are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Communication: You are an effective communicator, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas and solutions Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Doordash, we are committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
