Your role will involve: * Handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes that may affect them * Providing support with updating personal information on accounts, completing orders, and addressing other customer concerns * Working collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs * Utilizing your technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers * Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 25 words per minute * Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, with experience working with multiple systems * Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week * A competitive salary, starting at $13/hr in training, with pay rates varying by program fit **Working from Home** To work virtually from your home, you'll need: * A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone) * High-speed internet, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps * Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable) * 2 dedicated computer monitors, minimum 13 inches or larger * A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training * A dedicated workspace in your home, free of background noise and distractions **Our Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a high-performing, fun culture that values exceptional individuals working together to deliver next-generation customer experiences.
