About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote customer service and payment collection representatives. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You'll provide knowledgeable answers, resolve issues, and offer peace of mind to our customers, all while working in a virtual team environment that fosters growth, learning, and fun.
