As a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Customer Correspondence Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results and exceed our clients' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Bookkeeper & Customer Correspondence Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Bookkeeping & Accounting**: Accurately record payments in QuickBooks Online, ensuring timely and accurate financial data entry. * **Customer Correspondence**: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information to resolve any issues or concerns. * **Reminders & Follow-ups**: Send out reminders to customers who have outstanding payments, escalating the matter to the next level if necessary. * **Software License Management**: Lock software licenses for customers who have outstanding payments, ensuring compliance with our payment terms and conditions. **Initial Training & Onboarding** We will require you to dedicate some additional time for training and onboarding, which will be scheduled during your initial period with us. This will ensure that you are fully familiar with our systems, processes, and procedures. **Transaction Volume & Workload** With approximately 300 transactions per month, this part-time role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a dynamic team without the demands of a full-time schedule.
