Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our vision and are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers through our online chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to provide quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to help resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our Online Chat Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll be expected to continually demonstrate your ability to stay calm under pressure while providing enthusiastic customer service. **Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment * PC keyboarding and internet experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal * Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor * Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role * Ability to compose professional emails (a plus) * Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English * Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) * Upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality **Additional Information** As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Company equity program * Medical, dental, life, and vision insurance * Unlimited paid time off * Paid family leave * Short-term disability * 401k plan * Reimbursement for education and professional development * Employee assistance program **Available Shifts and Compensation** We have available shifts all days of the week, and compensation is $35.00 - $50.00/hour. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering.
