We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, where our employees can grow and develop their skills to achieve their full potential. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative 2 at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Coordinating problem resolution with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies * Educating customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, and terminology * Collaborating with Sales Managers to verify pricing discounts and customer details * Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services * Processing Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs) and transfer requests, AAA (Credit/Debits) and Damage Claims * Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem * Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, documenting and reporting matters that need addressing * Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments * Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information * Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3-6 years of customer service experience within the HVAC industry * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving, de-escalating, and resolving conflicts * Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills * Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook – and data entry * Quality focus – attention to detail and accuracy and effective documentation skills * Ability to analyze and process information * Excellent organizational and time management skills, including prioritization skills to complete projects on time * Strong team player, results-oriented, dedication to excellence, and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives * Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethics, and integrity on the job * Ability to establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * HVAC product knowledge and market knowledge * Experience with order management and fulfillment processes * Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools **Work Environment and Culture** As a member of the blithequark team, you can expect: * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development * A collaborative and supportive team culture that values innovation, creativity, and excellence * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Opportunities for professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all employees **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
