Job Overview Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Conduct regular account reviews, analyzing customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning with customer goals and objectives to deliver exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to stay up-to-date on new products and services, and to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the media or entertainment industry Strong knowledge of the Disney media landscape, including linear and digital media Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Knowledge of the media buying and planning process, including RFPs, proposals, and campaign execution Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to stay connected and engaged with colleagues and customers Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques Skills and Competencies Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and other teams Customer focus: strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction Sales and account management skills: proven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer accounts, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices Collaboration and teamwork: ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction Adaptability and flexibility: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Work Environment and Company Culture Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Conclusion Apply for this job
