Our Weitzman Institute is renowned for its research and practice transformation, and we have developed three wholly owned subsidiaries to advance healthcare and health outcomes for special and vulnerable populations. **Job Summary** As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing each call with ownership and enthusiasm, enhancing the customer experience, and building relationships. You will listen to patients' requests, take appropriate action, and respond to their inquiries, including scheduling appointments, transmitting messages to the clinical team, and answering questions about medication refills.
