Our mission is to drive innovation, push boundaries, and create a better future for all. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail veterans and innovators in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. You'll work closely with your Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities to boost Tesla's brand presence and create more Tesla owners in your local market. **Key Responsibilities** * Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business objectives and strategies, showcasing sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time) * Customer Excellence: Ensure all team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop administration and staff, maintaining high position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessments, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures * Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with blithequark's dress code standard and preparation rules **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives * Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed * Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
